Decide which part of the enemy operation must stop. A Drill, emplacement, supply route and FOB terminal are different targets; coordinate the attack around the chosen result.
Before you start
- A confirmed target and a route to approach or observe it.
- Equipment appropriate to the intended in-game target.
- Teammates who know the purpose of the attack.
Protect usable access
The pre-launch base guide warns that an enemy reaching the FOB can hack it and change control of the base. The author recommends protecting the core and preserving a controlled entrance.
Our layout check is to walk the approach as a friendly supplier: can you reach the stock safely, move through the entrance and leave without opening the whole perimeter? Revisit that path after expanding the base.

Choose a measurable attack
Launch players describe stopping Drill bases through direct assaults, explosives, mortar pressure or capturing the FOB. These are accounts of particular matches, not proof that one weapon always wins.
Before committing, choose the result your team needs: destroy a specific object, interrupt a delivery, dislodge defenders or gain control of the terminal. Report success by that result rather than by the number of shots fired.

Reassess when the attempt fails
If the target remains operational, determine whether the problem was reaching it, identifying it, maintaining pressure or confirming its destruction. Adjust the next attempt around that observation.
This guide deliberately gives no universal rocket count, blast radius, structure health or armor penetration claim. Each needs the exact weapon, ammunition, target state and build.

Common problems
- A visually dramatic explosion does not prove the objective stopped working.
- A successful tactic in one match does not establish a universal counter.
- Avoid promising permanent base security from one wall arrangement.
