Warframe Riven Trading Disabled: Failed to Make Offer, Reopening and Build Changes

DE has switched off Riven trading on purpose until the hotfix it scheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2026. Until then, any Riven trade attempt returns "Failed to make offer". It isn't a problem with your account, so retrying or contacting support won't help. The hotfix is set to give every Riven the stat range of a 1.2 disposition and cap Ammo Efficiency at 75%; neither is live yet.
