What Blizzard has said about Legacy

The official reveal ties Legacy to account-wide benefits earned through character adventures. That gives alt-focused players a reason to watch the system, but it does not specify which activities grant progress, which benefits carry over or when each benefit unlocks.

An account-wide benefit does not by itself establish shared gear, shared reputation, transferred quests or unrestricted faction access. Those are separate rules to verify.

How the level-cap report affects planning

Wowhead reports that the cap remains 60 indefinitely. Treat that as attributed reporting until the wiki has matched the exact wording to an official transcript or documentation.

Even with a fixed cap, the practical question is what to do next. A useful endgame guide needs the available content, entry requirements and rewards for the current build. Raid names, schedules, attunements and loot tables are not established in this guide.
