Frontier describes food, water, space, terrain, plants, social needs and enrichment as welfare requirements. Research can unlock the higher Thriving state. Species thresholds remain unverified.

Start with the animal’s published enclosure category: terrestrial habitat, flying habitat, aquarium or exhibit. Some fish have two categories. Match the enclosure type before planning space or services.

Aquatic animals use water volume, salinity and temperature requirements. Frontier describes configurable filters, aquarium staff gates and guest tunnels; exact species values remain unverified.
