Public record of reports

Accepted reports are published here as correction records with their resolution. No reports have been accepted in the prelaunch edition.

Correction policy: a report with build version and evidence flips the affected claim’s label (for example, Outdated); a report without evidence stays a reader note until it can be verified.

Review queue

Corrections are triaged in the private review queue and receive a status link, following the same discipline as source capture: date, build, platform scope and limitations before publication.
