THE ANSWER
Microsoft says Advanced Shader Delivery can pre-install shaders for eligible Windows 11 and GPU/driver combinations. Check eligibility and the launch-window indicator separately from the game’s general PC requirements; Kingy has not benchmarked either path.

All three tiers list 115 GB of SSD storage. The chart requires a GPU with dedicated hardware ray tracing and lists DLSS, FSR, TSR or XeSS for its performance targets. Memory capacity alone does not establish GPU compatibility.

The launch announcement links the full specification image. Read its resolution, settings and performance conditions as well as CPU, GPU, memory and storage requirements.
A listed specification is a publisher target, not a guarantee for every machine. Do not treat an unspecified “4K / 60” statement as a benchmark for your PC.

Check available storage on the intended drive, finish normal system and graphics-driver updates, and confirm that your input and audio devices work.
When the game unlocks, choose a baseline preset before changing individual options. Record resolution, upscaling, frame generation and hardware when comparing performance. Exact optimal settings require measurements.
Advanced Shader Delivery: eligible now and later
Microsoft lists Windows 11 24H2 or newer. Its October 1 requirements name AMD RDNA 1, 2, 3, 3.5 or 4 with Adrenalin 26.6.1 or newer, and Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 with driver 2026.08.3 or newer. Intel Arc B570/B580 and Core Ultra Series 2/3, plus NVIDIA RTX and RTX Spark, were announced for later in October; do not treat that future rollout as already active.
Install the Xbox PC app before downloading E-Day. Microsoft says the launch window displays “Precompiled shaders installed” when ASD is working. Its approximately 95% compilation-time reduction is a supported-hardware estimate, not a guarantee for every launch or a repair for unrelated stutter.
If shaders seem to compile again

Record Windows version, exact GPU, driver version, storefront, install date and whether the launch window shows the precompiled-shaders indicator. If your setup is eligible but the indicator is absent, check the supported driver and Xbox PC app installation, then use official support with those details.
Windows 10, older Windows 11 builds, unlisted GPUs and GPUs whose rollout is still pending have no ASD eligibility established by the October 1 article. A Steam purchase alone does not prove ASD is enabled; The Coalition says a game outside the Xbox PC app may still benefit when the app is installed. Do not clear shader caches or reinstall the game as a claimed fix without a diagnosed cause.
