A supply cache is the reported place to resupply and adjust equipment. Weapon mods change weapon behavior. Tactical gear is described as rechargeable equipment, with healing and stun examples.

Before buying or applying an upgrade, record its displayed effect, prerequisites and resource cost. After applying it, test one change at a time.
Keep Campaign and Horde Siege records separate until there is evidence that a particular rule is shared. Similar names are not enough to establish shared progression.
