The short answer
Kuldra’s official launch reward is a Dragon Kiteshield followed by a Cape. Repeat Scorned Wilderness runs award pieces from the Dragon armour selection. The exact percentages reported by community databases are not treated as verified where they conflict with Jagex’s guarantee or lack a primary source.

How to read the register
“Official” means the result or item is named in Jagex’s 1.0 release note. “Reported” means a dated walkthrough describes the result from play or from a current database. “Community database” means a secondary reference with useful quantities or names, not a Kingy capture from an installed build.
This edition intentionally leaves out exact Kuldra odds, phase thresholds, party scaling, shot counts and disputed item stats. Those values belong in the register only after they can be reproduced and logged against a specific build.
No game installation or launch was performed for this edition. These pages are a source-labelled research build, and unresolved values are intentionally left open for a later first-party audit.
