Beginner guide: your first days at camp

First morning: get to class

In the demo route, the fire pit and log benches mark the clearing you need. Head left to the open-sided classroom beside the crop plots, then approach the teacher and students. The short first-class guide starts at that clearing; it does not cover the route from the bedroom.

Second morning: plan the team’s work

Follow your teammates’ introduction to the wall board in the shared room. The planner separates Morning and Afternoon. In the demo example, Rey takes morning Farming, you choose the seeds, and Mike takes afternoon Animal Care. Finish both slots before treating the tutorial as complete.

The Switch 1 v1.0.2 example uses a different pairing: Mike has morning Farming and Rey takes afternoon Maintenance after repeated Farming is blocked. Both examples show a workable tutorial choice. Neither establishes the best team or highest score.

Use the right reference while you play

The video library includes Handheld Players’ launch-day recording with chapter links for Days 1–4. Jump to your day, then compare the room, time of day and visible task with your own screen. These are the creator’s chapter markers, not a complete quest walkthrough.

For a later-day block, record the teammate, yesterday’s task, today’s morning and afternoon choices, and the exact message. The existing helper only verifies the opening tutorial examples; it cannot diagnose every unavailable chore.
