NC says the global game is playable with a controller, while full controller support for launch remains under evaluation. That does not verify complete menu navigation, remapping or accessibility. Kingy has not tested an input device.

What the FAQ actually establishes
The September 16 FAQ lists English, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Japanese and Korean. It does not distinguish voice, interface and subtitle support in that answer.
The same FAQ describes the global version as PC-exclusive in development. It is not a console release announcement.
