01 / Make it yours
Type your own pair or create ideas below. Exact game character and length limits remain unverified.
Creative inspiration only. These preferences do not establish playable race, faction, or class combinations.
Bright, resolute names for an adventurer with something to prove.
02 / Read the advisory
A name can have two parts and still need a policy review or an availability check. This advisory cannot predict a rename or an account action.

02 Potential policy concern
The advisory checks both individual parts and their combination once you enter them.
03 Roleplaying / style fit
Try saying the complete name aloud. Give the surname a reason to exist: a home, craft, family, or deed.
These suggestions are original creative combinations, not established Warcraft characters or verified cultural naming rules.
Style fit is optional advice. It does not verify compliance with an applicable roleplaying naming policy.
04 Availability
Blizzard says the complete two-part name must be unique within a region. A traditional realm or server lookup cannot establish that.
This workshop has no verified connection to Blizzard’s name-availability system. No lookup is performed; missing profile results would not prove availability.
A name accepted in beta does not establish that you can reserve or use it at launch.
The policy advisory uses a small list of exact English words and complete combinations, plus a check for possible staff impersonation. It does not flag innocent names just because they contain a suspicious substring. Names in any language can carry meanings this list does not recognize.
Ambiguous words are marked for context, not treated as automatic violations. The check does not assess every cultural reference, disguised spelling, language, or current enforcement decision. Read the official rules and assess your intended meaning as well as what other players may read.
The generator combines curated first names and fantasy surname motifs. Its preferences are writing prompts, not verified lore, race restrictions, or a Blizzard policy filter.

BEFORE YOU RESERVE
Blizzard’s September 21 naming guide says the first and second name together must be unique within a region. A first name may repeat when the complete pair differs. The guide also warns that some names, spellings, and repeated-character patterns may be restricted.
The workshop has not verified exact character limits or a supported availability interface. Prepare a backup pair and confirm the name in game. A beta result does not establish launch availability.
