About this guide
District restoration is developer-confirmed. Jack’s iron-order steps come from two September 23 Steam threads. Update 1.007 reports a fix for stuck iron supply delivery quests, but Kingy has not completed the order or tested an affected save.

October 13 PC update 1.010
PC 1.010 now says order slots rise with villager count up to five. This implements the previously planned population-based slots, but does not publish population thresholds or confirm all trader-upgrade plans. The same update fixes the Central Districts Purge: Part II banner.
Restoration as progression
Town restoration happens district by district. After reclaiming an area, players can choose from several buildings and businesses; those choices affect the Town and can unlock markets, products, and resources. The developer also says the Town will continue to exist and evolve after the main story ends.
Hand in Jack’s iron Town order
Select the iron supply order at the board, then put its crate in the stockpile behind Jack. A newer Steam thread distinguishes that pile from the large storage area down the ladder. Check the board for order progress such as 1/1; carrying the crate or filling an unrelated stockpile does not finish this reported sequence.
Players report a coin above the order board on Pride day; collect it, then speak to Jack. Several waited a weekly cycle. Update 1.007 reports the iron-delivery fix, and tinyBuild’s October 8 support check said that patch addressed this issue across most platforms while Switch 1 and 2 remain pending. If the sequence fails after updating, preserve your save and report the installed version, board, pile and dialogue state. This is reported guidance for Jack’s order, not guaranteed old-save recovery.
Project pages
Each project page will include its requirements, location, build state, NPC dependencies, rewards, and economic impact.
What still needs checking
The full list of districts, projects, costs, businesses, markets, and rewards needs to be mapped from the released game.
Orders after PC update 1.008
The October 2 PC patch reduces delivery crate requirements and increases likes earned from Orders, the Happy Supplier bonus and Town Gratitude from victories. Read the current board before making crates; the notes do not publish exact replacement amounts. Population-based slots are now announced in 1.010 up to five; simpler trader upgrades remain unconfirmed.
