About this guide
Gathering and fuel directions are attributed to Prima Games’ September 22 guide, which also displays a September 23 update timestamp. Official 1.005 notes changed Kiln and Furnace costs. No Kingy gameplay test, exact recipe budget or complete resource map is claimed.

Gathering and buying supply different parts of the operation
The developer lists flora, fauna and human remains as gathered inputs. Restoring Town businesses also opens products and resources for purchase, so gathering is only one announced source of supplies.
Can I use a map from the first game?
The developer describes new regions and an expanded Town. An old gathering route does not establish the sequel’s resource placements, even when a familiar type of place returns.
What still needs checking
The reported landmarks below are useful starting points, not a tested map. Exact tool requirements, yields, spawn locations, respawn timers and supply range remain unconfirmed.
Reported gathering landmarks
Hadley Vincent’s Prima Games guide directs players with a Shovel to the Clay pit southeast of the Inquisition Base. It places Copper beside the introductory fishing pond west of the Garden. For Iron, look for brown, multicoloured deposits around the base outskirts, Forest and Swamp; the report distinguishes them from ordinary grey Stone.
An Oven or Furnace has no fuel
The same report says to make Firewood from Sticks or Small Logs at the Chopping Spot, then supply a Firewood Shed near the appliance. Check that supply before spending on another station. The report does not measure the shed’s range.
Official update 1.005 rebalanced Kiln and Furnace craft and fuel costs without listing new values. Read your installed recipe before calculating a batch budget; older demo fuel numbers may be stale.
Recent gathering and supply fixes
PC update 1.008 reports a firewood-holder zombie stall fix. Update 1.009 says sawmill, mine, clay-pit and sand-pit workers can start their next job after returning output, and caretakers no longer get stuck on quarry objects. These notes do not give new yields, respawn timers or supply-range measurements.
