The short answer
Enter each item’s unit price, currency and quantity, then record the server, date and source in Notes. The planner saves your rows and shows separate subtotals for each currency and price label. Older Official labels are unverified personal entries.

Enter a unit price, currency and whole quantity for each planned item. Keep prices from the same server and buying plan together, and record the server, date and source in each row’s notes. Your observations and estimates stay separate; none are verified Kingy prices.
Older rows labeled Official retain their values as Legacy label (unverified). Review their source before changing the label. Add a currency to include an older row in a subtotal.

- No gear record or official price is verified; upgrade success rates and drop rates are out of scope.
