The short answer
AION 2’s global PC launch is announced for October 5, 2026. Founder’s Pack Advanced Access runs September 30–October 4. The September Launch Scale Test has ended; it does not provide ongoing access.

Global PC launch
NC’s September 16 FAQ identifies PC as the global platform, with servers in North America, South America, Europe and Japan. Server location is not a country eligibility list.
The earlier Korea/Taiwan announcement included mobile platforms. It does not establish mobile support for the global service.

Founder’s Packs
The official site lists Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate packs. All include five-day Advanced Access and a 30-day Special Quai Membership; the higher tiers add items and cosmetics. The global base game is planned as free-to-play.
Treat 30 days as the announced entitlement, not a calculated expiry date. NC’s notices do not state when the membership clock starts, whether it renews, or whether it binds to an account or character. Compare the current store listing for your region before paying.

What the 30-day membership establishes
NC lists Remote Storage, Personal Trading, Wind Breeze Merchants, a higher Odyle Energy maximum, Market access, Quna Exchange Shop access, and more Odyle Energy Cube selections in Expedition, Transcendence and Sanctuary.
The newer September 18 notice disables direct player-to-player trades as an anti-bot measure and gives no end date. Do not buy the membership on the assumption that Personal Trading will work at launch. The other six listed benefits have not been tested by Kingy.
Test progress does not transfer
NC’s Day 2 notice says all test progression is wiped after the test and nothing transfers to Advanced Access or launch. Test-only limits and disabled shops do not establish the launch rules.
