How the mount is included #
The upgrade announcement includes Cerulean Prideclaw in Heroic. Epic carries forward Heroic’s benefits, and the Collection carries forward Epic’s. The mount is therefore not a reason, by itself, to choose Epic over Heroic.

Owning the mount and being able to ride it #
Blizzard explicitly says to purchase the riding skill in-game before using Cerulean Prideclaw. Its pack description does not provide a Prideclaw-specific unlock level, trainer, price, movement speed or redemption walkthrough.
If you already own the benefit, check the selected game and the character’s riding eligibility before treating an unavailable mount as a missing purchase. Record the exact error or requirement shown; do not buy a second pack as a troubleshooting step.

Where Cerulean Prideclaw works #
A mount shared with Modern WoW does not make the Skyborne race available in Modern WoW. The race and the item are separate benefits. This guide does not claim that only Skyborne characters can use Prideclaw.

Is there a Prideclaw quest or drop? #
The reviewed official sources identify pack access, not a named quest, boss drop or reputation purchase. No such alternative is verified here. Its existence in promotional material does not supply a farming route.
Veteran Adventurer’s Loyal Companion is the other named ground mount in the Epic reward list. Keep the two names separate when checking what an account owns.
