All 40 achievements and trophies, with unlock rates and missables
Quick answer
Final Fantasy Resonance has 40 Steam achievements, 17 of them hidden. The visible ones cover all 26 Visions, all 9 Espers, all 15 Cave Masters, three Colosseum leagues, Tablet Shards, gil, staggers and Resonances; the hidden ones are the eight chapter clears and late-game goals. PowerPyx reports none are missable: the map, quests and collectibles stay open after the story, and difficulty doesn't matter. Two days after launch, 77.1% of Steam players had 'Kweh!' (the first chocobo), and 0.0% (rounded) had all 40.

Before you start
Names, descriptions, hidden flags and unlock rates come from Steam's global achievements page and the Steam Web API, read on October 24, 2026 at about 19:50 UTC (Official); rates change daily. How-to notes come from the linked Kingy guides and PowerPyx's trophy guide (Community-reported, text guide). Kingy hasn't unlocked these in play.

40 achievements at a glance
Steam lists 40 achievements, numbered 0000 to 0039 internally, and hides 17 of them until you unlock them. They're the same 40 as the PlayStation trophy list PowerPyx covers. We grouped them by what they track.
Two days after launch the rarest were at 0.1% or below: Ultimate Fantasy (0.0%), The Harder They Fall, Resonance Rapid Fire and three of the hidden ones.
'Players with it' is Steam's global rate on October 24, 2026. 'How to get it' is our summary of Steam's description plus the tips noted; the last column names the Kingy guide that covers it, with links below the table.

No achievement is missable, according to PowerPyx's roadmap. After the final chapter you keep free roam of the whole map by airship, with every quest and collectible still available, so one playthrough covers all 40. There's no New Game+.
Difficulty doesn't matter either: PowerPyx says everything can be done on Casual, and the demo's Options let you change difficulty at any time. PowerPyx's collectible guides say the same for the 99 Tablet Shards, the 15 Cave Masters and the 12 Legendary Arms: none can be missed.
The game has one autosave and 10 manual save slots, per PowerPyx, so it's easy to keep a backup before a big fight or a shopping spree.
Struck Gold and Priceless Experience: the rare-enemy island
Reveal solution / story details
Both come from the same place in PowerPyx's guide. Clear the optional Dragon's Maw dungeon on the southern tip of the Kingdom of Pharm; it opens once you have the airship in Chapter 5, but its recommended level is 55, so most players leave it until the post-game. It comes out on a small forested island, where random battles can be one of three special enemies.
Enemy
What it gives
How to beat it (PowerPyx)
King Gil Snapper (Lv.49)
A huge amount of gil; 'Struck Gold'
Weak to Ice, absorbs every other element, very high physical defence: bring Ice magic.
Metal Gigantuar
A huge amount of EXP; 'Priceless Experience'
Only 8 HP but very high evasion, and it runs away. Use Dualcast and strong magic for more hits.
The two counters: 1,000 staggers and 400 Resonances
Staggers pile up naturally: PowerPyx got 'Keep Them on Their Toes' during Chapter 4. Resonances are slower, because each one needs a Sweeping Stagger (every enemy staggered in the same turn) and you choose one at the end of the bonus phase.
If you're short after the story, PowerPyx's method is to equip a Vision with a healing Resonance (it names Leah's, which our demo test showed is Healing Wind, or Ayaka's), leave one weak enemy alive, and keep staggering it and picking that Resonance. Heal the enemy if it gets low, and Defend through spare turns.
PowerPyx's route: after the Mobliz Shipyard events in Chapter 2, Verun at the Dwarven Forge starts 'Arise, Mechabo!'. 'Mechabo Evolved' follows (CGInferno takes it during Chapter 4), and 'Mechabo Unleashed' opens once you're in Chapter 5. The trophy pops when you hand in the last materials and talk to Verun on the airship.
'Arise, Mechabo!': two Dynamo Stones from Ipooh (big bears) on the world map outside the Dwarven Forge.
'Mechabo Evolved': beat three each of Dhorme Chimera (north-east of Grandport), Medusa (south-west of the Dwarven Forge), Destroyer (western Olderion Federation) and sandworm (southern Zoldaad).Spoiler clip · 'Mechabo Evolved': sandworms in south Zoldaad · reveal

Final Fantasy Resonance Trophy Guide & Roadmap ↗Community-reported (text guide), not a Kingy play test. Its entry for the trophy 'My Name Is Ultima…' (Defeat Ultima Weapon) says reloading a cleared save plays a short airship scene about a new presence in Ardra Crater in the south-east of the map, where Ultima Weapon stands and can be fought on interaction; that it is Level 70 with 3.9 million HP; that it can be beaten at Level 60, with 60–65 suggested as a minimum and the fight best left for last; that its strongest attack, Ultima Beam, is flagged by an exclamation mark on the turn bar and red flames above its HP bar; that it inflicts several status ailments; and that the win rewards an Ultima Reactor accessory along with the trophy. It also describes the magic-based party the author used (Reraise first, Shellga, Dispel against its Bravery, and Sakura's damage-nullifying Limit Break Eternal Veil before each Ultima Beam). It also says the Colosseum opens in Chapter 4 in Grandshelt, The Royal Capital, that crafting a first weapon with Aileen earns 'The Weapon that Suits the User' and crafting for all party members earns 'The Weaponsmith'. Its Legendary Arms entries say the first arm earns 'Ancient Artifact' and all twelve 'Legendary Arms', and place the Chamber of Arms on the mountainous island north-west of Dirnado, the Continent of Wind. On Tablet Shards it says the Enigmatic Princess is at Oblivion Palace, just south-east of Grandport Harbour in the Kingdom of Grandshelt, first visitable in Chapter 1; three shards open the first chest (trophy 'Princess's Reward'); and 60 trigger her second memory (trophy 'Memento'), enough to open everything in the first two treasure rooms. Its roadmap (read again on October 24, 2026) also says: none of the 40 trophies are missable; difficulty doesn't affect them, so Casual is fine; one playthrough is enough, with full free roam of the map, quests and collectibles after the story and no New Game+; there is one autosave and 10 manual save slots; and a platinum takes about 50–60 hours. Other entries: the 8th party member joins automatically during Chapter 5; each of the 8 party members has a substory (regular Sub Quests); the chocobo comes in Chapter 1 at the village of Kol and the airship at the start of Chapter 5; the Colosseum has four leagues of five battles, the Fledgling (leftmost, green), Brawler (second, blue) and Gladiator (third, purple) tables; spending and earning gil count cumulatively, Vaan at MR 9 has Double Gil, and you can save, spend 100,000 gil and reload; the King Gil Snapper (Lv.49, weak to Ice, absorbs other elements, very high physical defence), the Metal Gigantuar (8 HP, very high evasion, runs away) and a Gigantuar (lots of MRP) are random encounters on a small forested island past the optional Dragon's Maw dungeon, on the southern tip of the Kingdom of Pharm, open from the Chapter 5 airship but recommended at Level 55; awakening runs one star at a time with a Magicite Shard, then Magicite, then a Magicite Cryst, from a Moogle of Light in most towns or on the airship, Crysts first appearing in Chapter 5 and Magicite sold at the Colosseum late in the game; max Mastery Rank is MR 9 and is kept per character, while awakening stars apply to every character; 1,000 staggers came naturally by Chapter 4; 400 Resonances may need grinding, for example by repeatedly staggering one leftover enemy and using a healing Resonance such as Leah's or Ayaka's; and Mechabo's upgrades run through the side quests 'Arise, Mechabo!' (two Dynamo Stones from Ipooh outside the Dwarven Forge, Chapter 2), 'Mechabo Evolved' (three each of Dhorme Chimera, Medusa, Destroyer and sandworm) and 'Mechabo Unleashed' (from Chapter 5: three Mahadevas on Mysidia's western island and three Malbodooms in western Gronoa, Chapter 6 on). Rechecked October 24, 2026: it counts no missable trophies and says the game has full free-roam after the story; 'Conscience Renewed' is for clearing all party-member substories; 'Mechabo Mania' (upgrade Mechabo to his ultimate form) runs through Arise, Mechabo! in Chapter 2 (two Dynamo Stones from Ipoohs outside the Dwarven Forge), Mechabo Evolved (three each of Dhorme Chimerae, Medusae, Destroyers and Sandworms) and, after Chapter 5, Mechabo Unleashed (three Mahadevas in Mysidia and three Malbodooms in western Gronoa, from Chapter 6), reporting to Verun on the airship. Its Weaponsmith entry says Aileen is recruited through Forger of Wills in Dilmagia, available in Chapter 6. Read again October 25, 2026: the roadmap's three steps are Finish the story (about 40 hours), Side Content (10–15 hours; substories first for their stat boosts, then Legendary Arms and Adamantite) and Defeat Ultima Weapon and clean-up (1–5 hours); it calls Dragon's Maw's random encounters some of the toughest in the game and suggests returning at the end of the game when much stronger; it ties the Metal Gigantuar to 'Priceless Experience' and the King Gil Snapper to 'Struck Gold', and suggests Dualcast and high-level magic such as Ultima against the Metal Gigantuar.Reported ·
