Chapter 6 walkthrough: Tranquility (Gronoa and its two shrines)
Quick answer
Chapter 6, 'Tranquility', is set in Gronoa, the Shuttered Land. You search the continent and look for information on the miasma in Gaberada, the Undertown, then fetch the white jade stone from the Research Center Ruins (Recommended Level 40) and show it to the village elder. Sakura points you west to Gronoa Shrine; on the way you fight Lux (Lv.41, 125,000 HP), and inside the shrine (Recommended Level 42) Elfdrit (Lv.42, 120,000 HP). Sanctissimus Shrine, to the south, holds six trial fights (five at Lv.40, including Archaeoaevis, Test Rider and Yakhanati, then a Lv.42 Dragon), a scripted duel between Rain and Lasswell, and a final boss named Gelidus in the dialogue.

Sanctissimus Shrine: six trials, a duel and the final boss
Reveal solution / story details
Sakura says the next shrine is to the south: 'Go to Sanctissimus Shrine', then 'Go deeper into Sanctissimus Shrine'. Inside are six trial fights: Archaeoaevis (Lv.40, Avian, 130,000 HP; its card says 'Elemental weakness changes.'), Dad Bomb (Lv.40), Test Rider (Lv.40, Demon, 150,000 HP), Yakhanati (Lv.40, Stone, 145,000 HP), two Arch Gargoyles (Lv.40, Stone, 55,000 HP on the card), and a last fight against a Dragon (Lv.42, 175,000 HP).
Next comes a scripted one-on-one duel between Rain and Lasswell with no result screen, and then the final boss, named Gelidus in the dialogue (no name flag in the frames we checked); CGInferno's win included a Snow Spirit's Scarf, with Overkill and Stagger Finish bonuses on the result. From NiaMeowDB's datamine (Community-reported; built from the game's files, no version stated). NiaMeowDB lists the Lightning element as Thunder.
Lux (Lv.41): weak to Dark, takes half damage from Light, uses Blind attacks, dispels buffs and has a powerful physical attack. Elfdrit (Lv.42): weak to Fire and Light, takes half damage from Dark, can restore its own stagger gauge, and uses Poison, Sleep and Paralysis attacks.
The Sanctissimus trials: Archaeoaevis is weak to Wind but its weakness changes (its card says so too), and it has Double Action. Dad Bomb is weak to Fire, takes half damage from Ice, self-destructs at low HP and has Double Action. Test Rider (Earth, Light) switches between enraged and calm states, and Yakhanati (Wind, Dark) shifts between states that block physical or magic attacks. Each Arch Gargoyle (Wind, Light) revives the other when left alone, so it's worth finishing them close together. The Dragon (Lv.42, Thunder) unleashes a powerful breath when its countdown reaches zero.
Gelidus, the final boss, is Lv.43 with 200,000 HP in NiaMeowDB: weak to Fire, takes half damage from Ice, uses Deprotega, and changes behaviour once the whole party's physical defense is lowered.
