Puzzle systems

Heroes, abilities and the four worlds

The characters named by Thekla and the abilities described in demo updates.

Prerelease · October 8 target · demo sources reviewed September 13 · Updated 2026-09-13

The short answer

Different worlds introduce different rules; their heroes and systems later meet. The demo update specifically describes the Bard’s music and the Druid’s transmutation.

Confirmed characters

The main store names a queen, thief, warrior, wizard and talking boat. Their presence does not verify every ability attributed to them in community summaries. Our reference records link a named character to the evidence available, rather than assigning an unsourced move set.

Why combined worlds matter

The central structure moves from distinct rule sets to interactions between worlds. A rule learned in isolation may take on a different use when another hero or object arrives. The full combination catalogue and reliable puzzle identifiers require direct observation.

Keep an observation separate from a theory

For your own notes, write what moved, what stayed still and which hero caused the change. Put an untested explanation on a separate line. This is a suggested way to study the announced interacting systems, not a hidden rule supplied by the game.
