Progression is official but a tier list is not. IllFonic’s overview names four XP categories—Profile, Killer, Civilian, and Weapon—and says matches and Story Mode award XP.

Civilians use Perk Cards to build Perk Decks. Completing matches supplies Perk Points for card rolls and temporary card upgrades. The source supports that system description; it does not establish every card effect, rarity outcome, or optimal roll.

Patch 1.0.1 limits each Civilian Perk Deck to two copies of the same perk. Existing decks over that limit have excess cards automatically un-equipped. Check a current deck after updating rather than assuming an old loadout is intact.

A useful record identifies the exact card name, in-game effect text, role, build, deck context, and source. Strategy belongs in a recommendation section; a card effect belongs in evidence. Unknown values remain unknown.

Use Items, Weapons, and Repair Tools for item-evidence rules and Patch Index for dated change context.

The September 2 overview says Profile XP spans roles, Civilian progression is character-specific, and Michael’s weapon progression follows use of specific weapons. It also describes spending more Perk Points to improve the chance of higher rarity and upgrades lasting a limited number of matches. The article supplies no probability table or complete upgrade costs.

  1. Read the card effect and temporary-upgrade duration on your current build.
  2. Check your equipped deck against the 1.0.1 duplicate limit.
  3. Distinguish a card roll from an equipped effect; save the exact screen text when reporting a discrepancy.
  4. Avoid a tier list that omits build, role and the task it claims to optimize.
