Pufferfish help — player replies ↗No new destination after the kill
If the next island did not appear, pick up the boss’s distinctive trophy, return to the NPC who supplied the encounter item, finish the dialogue, then check the radar. Ordinary meat chunks usually do not complete passage quests.

Check what you picked up, which NPC requested it, and whether a new radar marker appeared. Do not sell a named quest trophy while trying to make room. Revisit the requesting NPC before assuming the save is broken.

The main route and the new islets
The Islet Update 1.1.0 added multiple mini islands and an NPC, and adjusted the distance between islands. The five-island main route below does not cover every new islet.
Patch 1.1.2 enlarged mini-island dots on the radar. The official notes do not give coordinates or a complete new NPC route; follow your current radar and dialogue.
