Find the lit platform
Approach from the Alien Ruins, head east and descend below the main alien structures. Look for light beneath them; GameWith places the elevated platform northeast of the Karakorum Power Plant at about 305 m. Nerd’s Chalk reports two fragments in the same small area, while GameWith describes one. Keep scanning until the blueprint shows as unlocked. Return before your reserve is low.
