The Entangled Power Cell replaces a standard vehicle cell. GameWith reports its scan on an elevated platform northeast of the Karakorum Power Plant, about 305 m deep. Take Mk. 1 before bringing a Tadpole to that depth.

Find the lit platform
- Approach the Power Plant from the Alien Ruins and descend below the main alien structures.
- Look northeast for light beneath the structures and the elevated platform around 305 m.
- Scan the Entangled Power Cell fragment and confirm the blueprint unlock. Return before your reserve is low.

Keep the farm’s seed Troilite separate. Vehicle upgrades and the Power Plant repair compete for late-game materials; decide which trip you need to support before spending that stock.
