The short answer
Read the benefit and its condition together. Ancients offer choices at act starts, replacing the original game’s boss-relic selection structure.
Before you start
- You choose from the offers in your run; an exact reward is not guaranteed.
- Inspect any curse, HP change or recurring cost before accepting.
Compare offers by what changes next
Runs begin with Neow; subsequent acts draw from their own Ancient pools. An offer can change your deck, relics or resources. An impressive reward can still be wrong if its cost prevents you from handling the next fights.
Kingy worksheet: for each offer, write one immediate benefit, one ongoing condition and one affected card. If you cannot identify a card or turn that benefits, keep comparing. A bonus to elite openings has less value on a route where you are avoiding elites.

Read the modified card after enchanting
Mega Crit explicitly disallows enchantment stacking. Do not plan on repeatedly adding the same enchantment to grow one card indefinitely. Some beta rewards also changed how cards are selected: v0.111.0 makes Beautiful Bracelet enchant four random cards rather than letting you choose.
That beta change affects the decision: a deck relying on one precise target cannot count on selecting it. The full enchantment catalogue needs its own branch-by-branch verification before this wiki can offer exact event routes.
