- Push the starting crystal up and left to the upper-right island’s northwest edge, then into the water above that edge. Bring the mirror left and push it north onto the submerged crystal (8:03).
- From below the mirror, reflect onto the upper-left island. Move its crystal down and left into the mirror’s horizontal line, at that island’s southwest corner (8:08).
- Reflect yourself back to the right island. Step out of the mirror’s vertical beam and activate reflection. The crystal transfers into the water at the far-eastern end of the exit island’s projecting arm (8:09–8:10).
- Return through the mirror to the upper-left island. Walk left onto the square the crystal occupied, then activate reflection. You land on the submerged crystal beside the exit island (8:12).
- Walk left onto the island and up to the exit. The trader reaches it and dialogue appears at 8:14.
