The PS5 announcement specifically promises 48 hours of advance access with Digital Deluxe. Steam’s listed Deluxe contents include an artbook, soundtrack, Wallet Artifact, resource bundle and outfit; the listing reviewed here does not promise that same access window.
Our recommendation: select for the platform you will actually use, then check its current edition description. A similarly named package is not evidence of identical benefits or cross-store ownership.
