No verified wild encounter rate. Evolution or transformation can remove the Umbral appearance.
Dazzling Aniimo
The published wild, non-Heist Sparkling Cube route lists a 1% Dazzling roll. One Cube is preparation for one attempt.
Shadow Aniimo
The published Heist Sparkling Cube route lists a 1% Shadow roll. Extraction and the final receipt matter.
Sparkling Cube

The September 23 update adds Mysterious Prismana Eggs at Home levels 15 and 18. These are level rewards; RV dispatch is a separate chance-based route.
Perfect Sparkling seasonal catch
After crafting the Irisalis pod, the seasonal Windchaser pod offers a guaranteed catch with Perfect Innate Potential and Sparkling Form. The recorded recipe costs 49 Iris Petals. Check live eligibility and remaining crafts; no guaranteed Dazzling or Shadow claim.
