How to get Sparkling Cubes and Aniipod Ultras

The recorded Outpost Vendor exchanges 1,000 Sparkling Crystals for a Sparkling Cube and 20 Ultra Vouchers for an Aniipod Ultra. Start with the item’s How to Obtain list and your unclaimed activity rewards before spending premium currency.

Use the Outpost Vendor exchange

Kairos opens Shop → Corner Shop → Exchange → Outpost Vendor → Item Exchange. At 04:25, the Sparkling Crystal tooltip explicitly states the 1,000-to-one exchange; the shop also shows an Ultra costing 20 vouchers and Pigment costing 5 Sigils.

The Cube tooltip promises a successful catch, Perfect Potential and a Sparkling result. It describes an increased chance of recommended potential attributes exceeding 8 on an already-Perfect target; it does not promise every attribute will be 10.

  1. Open Shop, then Corner Shop and Exchange. Choose Outpost Vendor and Item Exchange.
  2. Select Sparkling Cube or Aniipod Ultra. Inspect the required currency, your balance and any remaining purchase allowance.
  3. For the Cube, select Sparkling Crystal to open How to Obtain. Follow a reward source you have unlocked.
  4. Return with the required currency and confirm the item added to your inventory. The reviewed footage verifies the menu and price; Kingy did not perform a purchase.

Source & footage context

The vendor lists the Cube, its 1,000-Crystal cost and the currency tooltip’s acquisition sources. Sampled creator footage, not a Kingy gameplay test. PC interface; exact game build is not stated. Costs and prompts may change.

Work through the available reward sources

The recorded Crystal tooltip lists Elite Training, Catch Completion, Companion Handbook, Holo-Battle Sim, Holo-Battle Interlink, quests, Sanctum clears and chests, alongside Glimmer Purchase. These are possible sources, not a promise that each activity pays crystals on every run.

The creator also walks through Companion Handbook → Exchange and a seasonal Cube offer gated by spending stamps in the weekly shop. Check the current season’s requirement before buying weekly items solely to unlock that offer.

  • Check unclaimed progression and collection rewards first.
  • Use each currency’s How to Obtain panel to find an activity you can currently enter.
  • Read weekly limits and reward caps in your own account.
  • Treat the Mysterious Vendor as rotating stock: the creator’s earlier Ultra sighting is not a guaranteed daily offer.

Reserve the item for the result you want

A guaranteed capture avoids the ordinary capture roll; it does not make every desired cosmetic style guaranteed. A Cube’s Dazzling or Shadow chance depends on whether it is used in the world, on a non-Heist egg or on a Heist egg.

For an Irisalis-season alternative, the official event unlocks a further Legendary Aniipod craft after the personal Irisalis pod. Its catch includes Perfect Potential and Sparkling; read that season’s live cost and limits rather than applying the Crystal price above.
