The announcement names the species and region. It does not provide exact spawn coordinates, a respawn interval, an encounter percentage or a guaranteed number of captures.

Check region access and your current capture supplies in advance. At the start of the window, use the live event interface and map to locate the announced target. Confirm its name and Prismana form before committing a scarce pod.
If nothing appears, check server clock, Student II and whether the correct week is active. An announced schedule alone does not verify a spawn in your current client, and the existing Blitzwood Blazen nurturing video does not demonstrate either event location.
