The short answer
The current release material names New Laurentia and Kilimaya Reserve. Update 0.4.0 adds a smaller North American map containing Hearth & Hunt Headquarters.
New Laurentia
The launch FAQ describes New Laurentia as a 10 by 10 kilometre North American-inspired region with open hunting and structured objectives from four NPCs. Its statement that there is only one map describes the March launch, not the current game.

Kilimaya Reserve
The release announcement identifies Kilimaya as the African reserve. Later patch notes discuss its animals and environments. This overview does not provide a complete species census or exact spawn coordinates; those require a verified current map and population record.

Hearth & Hunt Headquarters
Update 0.4.0 describes a new map of roughly 16 square kilometres, smaller than the main reserves. It includes a lodge, shooting range and wildlife drawn from North American species. It is a playable area, not just a trophy-menu background.

Find a location without fake precision
Use the in-game named region and your own map marker when recording a sighting. Include the build and whether it was a single-player or multiplayer world. A single observed animal location is not proof of a guaranteed spawn.
