The short answer
Standard and Deluxe are the digital editions; the limited physical Collector's Edition is sold through the official merchandise store. The Pre-Order Pack is separate from Deluxe content. TF2 owners can receive 10% off Standard or Deluxe through 14 days after launch when both games use the same account and platform, subject to the purchase-source exclusions Urban Games lists.

- Use the same storefront and account that holds the qualifying TF2 purchase.

Separate the edition from the preorder bonus
The Pre-Order Pack is offered with eligible preorders of Standard and Deluxe. It is not the Deluxe upgrade itself. The Collector's Edition is a physical package with its own availability and is not covered by the digital loyalty offer.

Check all four loyalty conditions
- Confirm the same platform or storefront was used for the qualifying TF2 purchase.
- Sign in with the same account that owns that purchase.
- Choose Standard or Deluxe, not the physical Collector's Edition.
- Check out no later than 14 days after the September 29 release target.

A library entry may not be a qualifying purchase
In dated replies on the official release post, Urban Games says free beta copies, gifted keys and keys bought through key-selling services are not eligible because no direct store purchase is attached to the account. This explains a common missing-discount case; it does not authorize Kingy to inspect or alter an account.
