Start with the kind of claim
The release date is an official statement: Rockstar has put it in writing. A car visible in a sampled frame is a media observation. Our reading of Jason’s housing arrangement is editorial interpretation. An unanswered PC-date question stays unknown. The numbered source controls preserve these differences without interrupting every paragraph with a badge.

Ask what was actually inspected
Open a citation to find the exact biography, announcement paragraph or sampled interval behind the sentence. A page title and a URL can identify a useful lead, but they do not substitute for reading the body. Likewise, a download is a source file, a frame sample is a visual inspection, and a player check is an interaction test. None automatically becomes a complete audiovisual review.

Keep corrections visible
The May 2026 launch target now has a contemporaneous Take-Two body behind it, replacing an earlier claim supported only by Newswire metadata. The Extended Look note now describes both the earlier signed-out block and later session-specific access. Earlier wording and observations remain in the revision record so a correction improves the guide without erasing how it changed.

Leaks and reporting dependent on them are excluded; full audiovisual inspection remains a separate standard.
