GamesRadar and Destructoid describe the same two roofs from different camera directions. Use the Parking Garage, water tank, Chowrap sign and ventilation as fixed landmarks after gravity changes.
- Open the West Incursion Zone map and find the DOG marker west of the Parking Garage, near the street that bends upward into a wall. Reach the warped rooftop with the water tank; speak to the dog beside her empty bed.
- From the bed, look across the gap for the Chowrap dog-food sign. The blue-green dragon toy sits on low ventilation or air-conditioning units on the neighboring roof near that sign.
- Use the nearby ledges and gravity-shifted walkable surfaces to reach the ventilation, then pick up the toy. Carry it back across the warped-roof area toward the dog's bed.
- Bring the dragon to the dog’s roof and place it inside her empty bed. Let the interaction finish before checking progress.
