The selected recording shows the pallet pickup and the scaffold return; a second recording shows the same map area and bed interaction. GamesRadar and Destructoid agree on the laser-alley toy landmark. Follow the visible geometry on your build rather than treating either creator's camera angle as a compass bearing.
- Open the Central map near East Park Station. Look for the DOG marker on the rooftop north of the station, east of the Field Office. From the street by the gas station, follow the scaffolding and wooden walkway up the brick building, cross the railing, and reach the lower rooftop alcove beside a water tower.
- Speak to the dog by the empty bed. Look down into the nearby narrow alley crossed by red laser barriers. At its far end, beneath the lit Chowrap dog-food sign, find the blue-green dragon toy on a pallet beside a door and trash bags.
- Drop into the alley, avoid the lasers and any enemies, and pick up the toy. Carry it toward the street by the gas station. When a move reports ‘Not While Carrying,’ use the scaffold and wooden walkway back up instead of assuming you can use the same ability while holding the toy.
- Vault the rooftop railing, return to the dog's lower alcove, and place the toy in her bed. Wait for the interaction to finish.

This confirms progress for the Central dog only. It does not prove the full multi-area quest or trophy is complete.
- Check for the on-screen quest-log update after the toy is placed in the bed. The two recordings show the update; the longer GosuNoob recording also shows the follow-up pet interaction.
- If the log does not change, check that the toy landed in the bed and that the interaction finished. The reviewed recordings do not establish a fix for a persistent progression bug.
