The official overview pairs level exploration with weapons and abilities. The April gameplay reveal describes movement through the air, along cliffs and through terrain manipulation. A useful route guide will therefore need to state the required ability before sending you toward a gap or blocked passage.

Kingy's suggestion for launch is to note the location of a blocked route and the ability it appears to require, then check the actual unlock description before returning. No specific revisit sequence has been verified for this guide.

Demo chapter labels do not establish the campaign order

The developer says the demo's Chapter I and Chapter VII were modified slices. Its September update places General Lothaire at the end of Chapter II in the full game. That is a concrete reason to recheck old walkthroughs before following their route or preparation advice.

The same update explains that players will have more time with the mechanics and character leveling before that encounter. It does not supply a recommended level, a stat priority or an upgrade shopping list.
