The short answer
The Rabbit Haul released on PC on September 21, 2026. Patch 1.0.1 followed on September 22 with Ice Prince balancing, cosmetic and inventory fixes, and a frame-rate limit. Existing video walkthroughs here were recorded in the demo; retail unlocks, prices and save transfer have not been independently verified.

PC release is confirmed
Caldera’s September 21 announcement confirms that The Rabbit Haul is available. The September 22 patch identifies version 1.0.1. The old September 20 store check is superseded for PC release status.
The release announcement does not prove demo-save transfer or current Steam Deck performance. Existing demo instructions retain their version limits.

What patch 1.0.1 changes
The update adjusts Ice Prince balance, fixes missing cosmetics and the Coastal Biome ability display, and fixes an inventory block when switching from a charging wand to the watering can. It also caps frame rate to the display refresh rate and fixes tornado behavior while paused.
If an older video shows one of these symptoms, check your installed version before following a workaround. The patch does not verify the old demo’s prices, unlock order or tower statistics.

New biomes and bosses in the full game
The release-era announcements introduce Tundra and Coastal biomes alongside the Forest, with biome-specific crops, towers and boss encounters. Exact routes, unlock conditions and effective boss strategies still need retail gameplay evidence.

Two old instructions to disregard
These are dated developer changes, not a claim that every older guide is wrong. The empty-haul loss rule is separately visible in the reviewed tutorial.

A video date is not a build number
Caldera announced another demo update in June. JayeVT uploaded the walkthrough on September 7, but an upload date does not prove when it was recorded or which build it uses. Where your UI differs, follow your current in-game text and include your version when reporting the mismatch.
Kingy has not tested save transfer from demo to full game, Steam Deck performance or the retail tutorial. Those questions remain open.
