Notice Regarding the Game Freezing Issue on Certain Platforms ↗Dated October 15 and tagged Steam and Xbox. Screen freezes or the game stops responding in some users' platform environments; the October 15 update addressed some identified causes, reports continue, exact cause not pinpointed and hard to reproduce internally. Asks Customer Service reports with platform (Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Steam), graphics settings including whether Frame Generation is on, the content, when and how often, and video if available. Single item: a temporary measure for the Trials: Protocol 001 portal disappearing with two or more players once one enters the Commander stage; only Trials: Protocol 002 is shown until fixed.
