Release and playtest access

Steam currently lists a playtest access request. Requesting access does not guarantee admission or establish that an older demo still works. The planned release is an Early Access build, so later versions may change the advice you find.

Build a small expedition plan

These are Kingy planning steps. The developer describes Horizon as an early safe settlement and shelter tiers as affecting warmth. A plan is ready when it names an objective, a return point and the supplies still missing.

1. Pick one objective: a shelter upgrade, a supply run or a new route.
2. Check the relevant blueprint or equipment description in your build before gathering.
3. Identify the shelter or settlement you intend to return to.
4. Write down missing materials and unresolved route questions in My progress.

When older advice stops matching

The developer reported changes to temperature displays, weather, networking and quests after the earlier demo. If a guide names a menu, material or heat rule you cannot find, check its date and build before spending resources. Use the in-game description as the immediate reference and keep unverified quantities out of your plan.
