THE SHORT ANSWER
Kingy has not verified a universal multiplayer black-screen fix. Record whether it affects the host, guest or a solo session, compare versions, and keep the last working save intact while gathering a reproducible report.

What to check
Record whether the fault affects game audio, voice or the whole lobby; note your input/output device and game version. Compare a solo session with the same settings before changing several things at once. Never share a private invite or account credential in a bug report.
Kingy advice · Inspect source ↗Compare versions, difficulty and whether the source described solo or group play before copying a tactic. Do not turn an old video’s group size into a current cap. Check the current lobby controls if your installation differs.
Kingy advice · Inspect source ↗Before troubleshooting, note the version, affected save, host or guest role, and last successful save. Keep a backup before following any file-removal advice. Do not treat this browser checklist as a game-save backup.

Check the result
You can identify the affected role and repeat the failure without overwriting the working save.
If it goes wrong
Do not delete saves or promise a fix based on a voice patch. Record the smallest reproducible sequence for review.
