The short answer
For a returning customer, check the load-measurements button beneath Confirm, as described in Seerolz’s player guide. Make sure the saved customer is the one whose dress you are drafting. This does not establish a fix when that customer is missing from the saved list.
Measurements belong to the customer
The developer describes a sequence in which you measure the customer, adjust the mannequin to that body and draft the pattern from those measurements. A saved set for Rose is therefore not evidence that Prudence’s measurements have loaded.

Look for the saved set before measuring again
These controls are reported by a launch player. Kingy has not reproduced the sequence in the game.
- Open the measuring stage and look below Confirm for the saved-measurement control described by Seerolz.
- Load the intended customer if their saved measurements are available.
- Check the selected customer before continuing to pattern drafting.

If Prudence is missing after Rose
A player reports taking Prudence’s measurements but seeing only Rose’s while drafting the next commission. The inspected discussion has no confirmed recovery. The load control above is useful only if the saved set exists; we cannot promise that it restores missing data.
Keep a screenshot of the customer list, the commission name and your installed build if you report the issue. A reset or save deletion is not supported by this evidence.
