For the true ending, ring all four Bells of Virtue in Notre-Dame's Gallery of the Four Virtues, defeat your shadow at the gallery's altar to earn The Self Arcana and its Absolution spell, then defeat Dracula again. One guide says Absolution must be equipped when Dracula's second form falls, or you get the normal ending instead.
Kingy has not played the released game; the steps come from two written guides that agree on the order but differ on some details (both are shown), plus the gameplay video below.
1
Ring the four Bells of Virtue
Both guides name the same four virtues. They describe the trials differently: one gives each window a card to equip, the other describes each trial and says Courage means beating Joan a second time.
In Notre-Dame, reach the Gallery of the Four Virtues: the hall with a large rose window flanked by four stained-glass windows.
Complete the Prudence, Justice, Temperance and Courage trials and ring each bell. One guide says each window opens only with its card equipped: Mirror Walk for Prudence, Chains of Justice for Justice, Freezing Path for Temperance and Infernal Pyre for Courage.Spoiler clip · The Gallery of the Four Virtues, Infernal Pyre equipped and a virtue trial · reveal
On screen: Rose asks "What is this place?" in a hall with a large rose window and four stained-glass windows, then the Arcanas screen with Infernal Pyre equipped, then a trial where a wave surges up a shaft of anchor rings.

With all four bells rung, interact with the altar beneath the rose window, defeat your shadow and take The Self Arcana. Its spell is Absolution.Spoiler clip · The shadow fight under the rose window, then The Self card and its Absolution spell · reveal
On screen: Rose fights in front of the glowing rose window, then a card titled The Self is revealed and its spell panel reads Absolution with a Hold to equip prompt.

The guides differ on the last part. One says to speak to Sypha's spirit at the altar and return to Dracula's Throne Room; the other only says to defeat Dracula's second form with Absolution equipped, and that without it you get the normal ending.
Equip Absolution from the Arcanas screen before the fight.Spoiler clip · Dracula's throne room fight, Absolution equipped on the Arcanas screen, and the cast · reveal
On screen: A fight in a red throne room under a Dracula health bar, the Arcanas screen with Absolution marked equipped, then Rose casting inside pillars of golden light.

Return to Dracula and defeat both of his phases with Absolution still equipped.Spoiler clip · Dracula's winged second form falls on the rooftop · reveal
On screen: Rose hits Dracula's winged second form on the rooftop while its health bar runs out, golden light strikes it, then the bar is gone and the fight ends in a cutscene.
Two guides say the bad ending triggers when you take the Clock Tower route to the throne room without the protection it needs; one names it as using the glowing clock on the Clock Tower Bridge without Soul Harvest equipped. After the credits, choose Resume to return to your save.
One guide says defeating Dracula without Absolution equipped gives the normal ending.
