How to hatch and claim your pre-registration Susuta Egg
If your account qualified for the official pre-registration Susuta Egg, claim the reward, select that named egg at a Hatchinator, wait for its displayed timer, then finish the hatch and Claim. This guide follows the specific gold Susuta Egg, not every egg that can produce Susuta.
1. Check eligibility and claim the named egg
Pawprint’s September 23 launch notice awards Susuta Egg ×1 to players who pre-registered on the official website. Its separate cumulative-login reward is a Random Perfect Aniimo Egg; those names must not be treated as interchangeable.
The official account FAQ says rewards tied to a pre-registration email are delivered to the corresponding game account after the email is linked. Use the existing account help if the expected reward is missing. Do not create a replacement character just to look for the egg.
- Check the pre-registration reward mail on the eligible account and claim its attachment.
- Confirm that the obtained item is named Susuta Egg. ZaFrostPet’s frame at 00:28 shows that named item and its pre-registration description; the Mail screen appears at 00:38.

2. Go to the Outpost Hatchinator
MonkeyKingHero’s map around 00:06 selects the Outpost west of Nimbus Fields, north of The Argent Strait and south of Forest of Falling Stars. The panel offers Teleport. The ground view shows a white egg-shaped machine labelled Aniimo Hatchinator beside the rock wall and the nearby stall.
- On an already-accessible map, select that Outpost and use Teleport if available.
- Approach the machine labelled Aniimo Hatchinator and use its interaction prompt.
- Select the gold Susuta Egg by name. Check its tooltip: the recorded item promises Susuta with Perfect potential.

3. Start incubation and read your timer
Choose a free slot and Start Hatching. The recorded Susuta Egg is active in a side slot by 00:25; at 00:30 its name is selected and the timer reads 4h59m with Stop Hatching available. That is an observed remaining time in this recording, not a guaranteed duration for your current client.
The purple Incredible Egg beside it shows 2h29m. Earlier, its selection shows 2h30m. Those numbers belong to that purple egg and must not be advertised as the Susuta Egg timer.
- Confirm the selected name and slot before starting.
- Check that the egg appears in the slot with a countdown. Return when your client marks that egg ready.
- Use the displayed remaining time. The reviewed sequence does not establish offline timing, weekend reductions, caress limits, or worker/power requirements.

4. Finish the hatch and press Claim
Christian Konopatzki’s recording starts this part with the gold egg already ready. At 00:45 the Twine an Aniipod screen identifies Susuta Egg and repeats its Perfect-potential promise. The selection changes to Aniipod Ultra at 00:50; the hatch animation follows.
The result shows Susuta, Perfect and Basic with a Claim button. At 01:03.414 the recording has returned to the Hatchinator: the gold egg is gone and the slot can accept another egg. A later roster screen was not reviewed.
- Select the ready Susuta Egg and open the Aniipod selection.
- Read the selected pod before confirming. The observed example uses Aniipod Ultra; this is not evidence that Ultra is required, or a comparison of pod value.
- Follow the hatch interaction and let the reveal finish.
- Check the result, then press Claim. Confirm that the completed egg leaves its slot; check your own storage before recording the creature as collected.

If the next step is missing
No egg in the list: first check the exact reward name, account eligibility and whether the mail attachment was claimed. An empty list is not proof that a pre-registration reward was lost.
A countdown still showing means this example’s ready-to-hatch step has not been reached. A revealed result still showing Claim is not the post-claim machine state. Follow the current prompt and verify your own storage.
