The short answer
A bell is a building material. Use it to build a coastal Fast Travel Point, then travel to another available point. The April footage shows both a rejected placement becoming valid and a selected destination loading.
Before you start
- Already have a Fast Travel Bell and its point available in the build menu. This guide does not establish the bell recipe's unlock condition.
- The April example requires 1 Fast Travel Bell and 20 Wood per point. Compare your installed recipe before spending materials.

The rejected preview turns green, then becomes a usable travel point.

Evidence and limits
Reviewed frames show the error at 0:49, green preview at 0:51 and built point with Travel at 0:52. No current-build playtest.
YouTube connects when you load the player. No autoplay. If playback is unavailable, use the YouTube link.
- Open build mode (B in the cited PC guide) and select Fast Travel Point. Place one near your base and another at a coast you have reached.
- If the preview reports a coastline-distance error, move it toward the water. Confirm the error disappears and the preview turns green, then place it and check for the Travel interaction.

Evidence and limits
Sampled original frames show Travel to destination at 1:06, the transition, then arrival at 1:09. Build unknown; loading time, co-op and ship transport were not tested.
YouTube connects when you load the player. No autoplay. If playback is unavailable, use the YouTube link.
- At a built point, use its Travel interaction and select another available point on the map. One point by itself gives you no second destination.
- Confirm the location changed after loading. In the excerpt, the selected marker leads to a lit coastal point; check your own destination before leaving it.

If the route is unavailable
Check that another destination exists and re-read the current placement or travel message. Patch 0.10.0.4 moved markers to the map's top layer when fast travel is available; a missing marker alone does not prove a lost save.
This is an April recording, not a September-build test. Ship travel, co-op behavior and bell-farming methods are outside this task.
