What still needs work
- Release status, demo-save terms, selected abilities, characters, locations, Genma origin, Shuten Doji, equipment categories and selected cosmetic offers have current sources. Gameplay instructions and the remaining indexes are incomplete; Kingy has not tested them.
- Historical Onimusha vocabulary is context, not evidence of Way of the Sword mechanics.
- No complete weapon roster, armor system, trophy requirement, input, frame window or platform claim should be promoted without a current source or retail capture.
Next coverage
- Complete retail mission routes and verify the reported late-game cutoff, including the exact transition prompt, save behavior and individual optional-content deadlines.
- Keep September 4 release evidence distinct from store-specific bonus deadlines.
- Verify platform and edition parity from official store pages.
- Capture Parry and Deflect inputs, timing differences and results from a current retail build.
- Populate verified Genma attacks, weaknesses and drops plus ability costs, weapon stats, Charm rules, armor, collectible and trophy records.
- Add reviewed video embeds only after exact intervals and availability are checked.
How updates are reviewed
Sources are linked to the guides that depend on them in Kingy’s review pipeline. A source change requests an editorial review; it does not automatically rewrite the guide or advance its edit date. Review official changes daily around launch and after each patch. The repository maintenance record tracks recurring execution separately.
