Nivalis Nights apartments, homes and decorating jobs

Multiple homes, furniture vendors and paid decorating work, with rental and purchase wording explained.

Pre-launch · Steam target September 29, 2026 · official sources checked September 20 · Updated 2026-09-20

The short answer

Multiple homes and decorating are confirmed, including work for paying clients. The current store and March Q&A describe buying properties; an older housing blog describes rentals. Exact launch transaction types and costs need verification.

Renting and buying in the official descriptions

The August 2025 blog describes renting multiple apartments and choosing locations that make travel convenient. It ranges from small studios to larger homes, including a standalone house on Calypso Island.

The newer March 2026 Q&A describes purchasing apartments and standalone houses across districts. These sources support multiple homes, but do not settle whether the launch game offers both renting and buying.

Furnish homes and take on client work

Furniture and accessory vendors have different assortments and styles. You can decorate your own homes and venues, and take on paid decorating work for clients.

The housing blog says client jobs have instructions and requirements. An attractive room is therefore not enough to establish that a particular commission has been completed; its brief matters.
